My name is Alyssa and I am a surgical technologist at VIM. I received my bachelors from CMU in Clinical Exercise Science in 2017 and became an invasive cardiovascular scrub technologist at UMH-Sparrow in Lansing. After being trained on the job in neurology, EP, vascular, structural heart, and cardiology, I was able to get my certification in RCIS. As much as I loved that job, I knew someday we would move back where our family and friends were here in Flushing! We are experiencing so many things in life: both starting new jobs, looking for our forever home here while selling our previous house/moving, and finding out we are pregnant with our second child!

Hi, I’m Nichole, my current position here at VIM is working at the front desk focusing on check in, scheduling new patients, answering the phones and verifying insurances. I started at VIM 5 years ago as a medical assistant and have since moved to the front of the office. In my spare time I love spending time with my family. I’m married with 4 wonderful children; we love playing games together, going for walks and being in the water. I love doing anything that allows me to be creative and shopping. I’m excited to see what’s in store for us here at VIM, big things are happening!

Hello, my name is Kaytlin. My position at VIM is wherever I’m needed, but my main roles would be the Front Desk Lead and Surgery Scheduler. After graduating high school, I attended Ross Medical Education Center and earned my Medical Assistant certificate and have been in an office setting ever since. I started at VIM 4 years ago as a medical assistant before moving up to the team lead position and surgery scheduler. I LOVE what I do and take pride in making sure every patient that walks into our office has nothing short of a great experience! I am a go-body and in my free time I enjoy camping, boating, walks, and making as many memories as I can with my husband and 2 young kids.

My name is Tammy and I am the lead vascular technologist at VIM. I graduated in 2010 from Baker College of Auburn Hills with an Associate’s Degree in General Science with a minor in Vascular Ultrasound. I took my ARDMS board credentials that fall and received my national registry as a Registered Vascular Technologist. I came to VIM in 2016; prior to that I worked at Genesys Hospital and Beaumont Hospital as a Registered Vascular Technologist. Prior to graduating college, I worked in the direct care field, working with the disabled for 10 years. I thoroughly enjoy my job and getting to know my patients, helping them through some of the difficult times in their lives.
